body lotion

Dating and salsa dancing can be loads of fun. As a female, I can't help but feel a little self conscious. The question  that runs through my mind is: Will my perfume be able to cover up all that sweat?

And as soon as my mind enters these worried thoughts, I can't help but feel less confident about my salsa dancing. Soon enough, I'm tripping over myself all because a negative thought entered my mind. Of course, I I've prepared as best as I can by spritzing perfume on myself without smelling too overbearing. I've done tons of research on the subject of efficiently and effectively spritzing perfume.

For example, many beauty magazines recommend only spritzing on pulse points. These pulse points include the neck, wrists, behind the ears, behind the knees and behind the elbows. This worked well, until I started throwing physical activity into the mix. If you've seen Dancing with the Stars, social salsa dancing is similar, but spontaneous. I used to do sports and really do think I sweat the most when I go out dancing.

So, I started this new experiment. I was going to figure out a way to still smell fabulous and dance the night away. I did a little research and discovered the concept of layering. Basically, I layer a body lotion beneath my perfume. So, I decided it was time to invest in a body lotion. I knew that the best place to go shopping for body lotion to match a perfume was online.

After some online window shopping, I landed on a store called Beauties R Us at www.beautiesrus.com. I found my favorite perfume called Passion by Elizabeth Taylor Women Eau De Toilette Spray + .12 oz Mini EDP + 6.8 oz Body Lotion -- Gift Set - 2.5 oz.

The deal was phenomenal, so I purchased both the body lotion and the perfume because it came in a cute little gift set. I thought it would make an absolutely ideal gift, so I decided to get my grandmother a gift set that included body lotion, as well.

I was so excited on the day my of perfume and body lotion package arrived. It so happened to be one of the evenings that I planned to go out dancing. I took a long relaxing shower. Immediately after showering, while I was still slightly damp, I rubbed lotion onto myself and blotted any excess off with a towel. Apparently, if you apply body lotion immediately after you shower, the moisture retains itself better. I then spritzed the perfume all along my pressure points. I was feeling fabulous and ready to take on the world.

The great thing was that my plan worked! I was able to smell great even after an evening of sweaty salsa dancing. Now, I can feel absolutely confident about myself and my dancing- all because of the body lotion I bought online.
