body lotionSome men are as fastidious as women when it comes to using body lotion, but I think that they are a rare breed.  I have bought my husband body lotion in the past but he does not use it unless I actually apply it to his skin. For example the other night I felt his arm and it was rough like sandpaper. I tried to shame him into using his body lotion by telling him to feel my arm and then feel his own. He noticed a huge difference between my skin texture and his. Yet he still didn’t use his body lotion.  That is why I eventually got his body lotion out and put it on his arms and back, where his skin is driest. The irony of it is that he likes the sensation of the body lotion being massaged into his skin because when I apply it he grins like a Cheshire cat.  His bizarre stubbornness on the issue of body lotion drives me nuts, but at least he doesn’t object when I put it on for him. Men, in my opinion, are definitely strange creatures.
