fragrance perfume, hair careI have an appointment with my doctor this afternoon and because I have a chest infection he will have to examine my lungs with his stethoscope. He is the only man who comes within very close proximity to me with the exception of my husband. I know that doctors see more bottoms, tummies, chests, and other human parts than the rest of us. Hence when my doctor examines me it is not something new for him. Yet I am still painfully shy about being examined by my doctor, especially because he and I are similar and age. I would hate my doctor to be grossed out in any way when he examines me. Hence I will prepare myself for this appointment. I will go in the shower and clean myself very carefully. I will pay attention to hair care, put on deodorant and make sure that I am wearing body lotion and a little bit of subtle fragrance perfume. I will not apply the fragrance perfume and make sure I am scrupulously clean for my doctor per se. Instead I will be doing these things for myself because knowing I am extremely clean and I smell nice makes the ordeal more bearable for me.
