hair careAny individual who takes hair care seriously knows that there is actually quite a lot to it. Of course hair care involves using products that are suited to your hair type. Hair care also means eating a healthy diet and taking health supplements to ensure that your hair and scalp get everything they require. For me hair care also means having it cut regularly by a professional hair dresser. I have quite long hair and it is dry and fairly curly. If I do not include regular cuts in my hair care routine I will soon get split ends.
Having split ends makes hair look awful. I also find it makes my hair much harder to style and maintain. Fortunately a professional trim every two months gets rid of any split ends my hair may have. I also make sure that my hair care routine is not overly harsh as this stops my hair from becoming too dry. I do not wash my hair every day. Nor do I use a hairdryer too often. What’s more I don’t try to straighten my hair with a straightening iron because this also dries out the hair. What’s more I have never managed to straighten my hair successfully on those occasions when I have attempted it because it has too much curl.
