Body Lotion
My family runs to eczema. My Grandmother, aunt and Mom all have mild cases of eczema. It tends to show up on their elbows and knees. They get dry patches that are incredibly itchy and scale and flake. They treat it using a special moisturized body lotion. It keeps the skin from getting so dry. I don’t know why but they tend to use body lotion after the other symptoms show up. I would like to avoid suffering from any form of eczema.
I have started using an extra moisturizing body lotion every single day. It keeps the skin on my entire body soft, including my feet. Even my stretch marks have faded. I made sure the one I am using also helps block UV to prevent sun damage. It takes a little time to apply it every morning after my shower but it is worth it. I have yet to have a single case of eczema and I plan to keep it that way. Taking care of my skin is important to me. The best side effect of using the lotion is that people say I look younger and healthier.
