I might want to ignore the fact my hair is not as full as it use to be but there is no denying the fact  I am fighting the game of thinning hair most middle age men are faced with. So I have been using hair care products geared towards slowing the loss of a guy's hair plus I also use shampoos and conditioners that provide more "body" or fullness to the hair I have. It's not that I am a vain person because I am not, but I guess I am just not ready to shave my head and run around bald. The subject of hair care is not something most men talk about unless with family or close friends as men tend to associate a full head of hair with youth and virility. These assumptions about hair loss really have little bearing on a man's youth or virility as I have know men I worked with who were close to being totally bald by their early thirties. And they tried every hair care product on the market to slow or stop the loss of their hair.
